Question 2 seems like it should be allowed to check more than one box by the way it is phrased. I usually focus on several things when purchasing a product, not just a single thing like price, but several like price and quality...that may need to be fixed to better find results you need!

DeleteYour survey will tell you a lot about brand loyalty. From the survey questions, I get the impression that your focus is market penetration. I think it is a great idea to focus on existing customers more than gaining new ones, which may be harder at times. Most brand names like Oakley do like to establish a long-term relationship with consumers and bring them new and improved products.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Kimberly, question 2 does seem like a multiple selection would be allowed. The overall survey is good. It takes the surveyor in the right direction and should help narrow down your intended market. I also like the scenario question; it's a great idea to see what the market is looking for.

ReplyDeleteIt is very helpful for you to make a survey to know how the target customers react on your new product line. Water sport products would likely to attract loyal customers and for those who care about products' quality and brand images since Oakley is a well-established brand already.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Kimberly that the question 2 on the survey should be designed to allow multiple checks on the answers. I typically always consider all three criteria of price, quality, and return/exchange policy as well while attempting to make a purchase. My two cents is that the question 6 on the survey should ask how long (minutes or hours) do you exercise on the daily/weekly basic?
ReplyDeleteGood survey guys! Although I have never owned an Oakley product, I will get one someday because I've heard so much about it from my friends. I tend to look for quality and price, but when the product tends to have a good quality and lasts long, I do not consider price much. It should be interesting when this new product comes out.
ReplyDeleteFor me question #2 should allows us to check more than 2 option because i was having a hard time choosing one of three i have in mind or i have always consider when i buy stuff. Regarding the whole survey, the survey was really good in the sense that you guys were focusing on brand loyalty which is a easier way to introduce new products in the market.
